Brayford Water Chimes
Designed by Andy Plant, this mechanical sculpture (pictured right) reflects the past glories of the Brayford Pool as a major inland port. The sculpture functions as a water feature and clock striking the hour in an unusal mix of water and sound. Installed in December 2001 and funded by private sponsors, the Brayford Water Chimes are situated on the Waterfront outside ASK restaurant.

The Glory Hole
The Glory Hole was unveiled for 2004's Brayford Waterfront Festival. It asks the question, 'Where are you going?' when you are walking through to Brayford Waterfront and 'Where have you been?' when you are walking back from Brayford Waterfront to the High Street Quarter of the city. It is also meant to engage with the visitor as it asks them more about their life situation - where they are heading and where they have been.
